Loan of Documents
Maximum number: 8 books, maximum of 3 books per subject (16 books for corporate members);
Loan period: 3 weeks;
Renewals: Twice, in person and with books in hand, for another 3 weeks,
unless a document has been reserved by another member.
To Return Books and Documents
Outside of the library’s operating hours, users can return their books and documents in the (blue) drop box reserved for this purpose.
Throughout the school year, books and documents can be returned during the School’s opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Telephone and Mail Service
The library can give information by telephone to members located in distant regions.
Exceptionally, the library can send books by mail; handling fees, among others, will apply.
Inter-Library Loan
The library offers the Inter-Library Loan service.
Reservations
Members can reserve books that are currently circulating.
Photocopies
Members can photocopy excerpts from references documents consulted in-house, as long as they respect copyrights.
Internet Access
The library is connected to the Internet. However, access is limited to our members and priority goes to those wishing to consult the electronic catalogue.
