1. Candidates must be at least 18 years old as of December 31, 2012, and must fill out and mail in the application form along with a certified cheque or money order for $60 by January 31, 2012, in order to be considered for the autumn session.

2. Auditions are held in the major cities of every region of Canada. For the initial audition, applicants are asked to prepare two short monologues that must not exceed three minutes each, one from the classical repertoire (click here for a list of acceptable monologues for WOMEN and for MEN) and one contemporary monologue (by a character close to applicant’s own age).

Calgary, AB: February 22
Winnipeg, MB: March 6
Saskatoon or Regina, SK: March 7 (depending on the number of candidates)
Fredericton, NB: March 13
Halifax, NS: March 14
St-John's, NL: March 15
Charlottetown, PE: March 16 (depending on the number of candidates)
Montreal, QC: March 20, 21 & 22
Vancouver, BC: March 27, 28 & 29
Toronto, ON: April 10 to April 14
Ottawa, ON: April 19

3. A number of candidates are then selected for call-backs.

No more than twelve students are accepted into the program each year.
