EVERYTHING IN THE GARDEN MAD MEN ERA COMES TO THE NTS
Edward Albee's
Everything in the Garden
is set in 1960s suburbia and offers a Mad Men-like aesthetic. Do the young actors of the
NTS 2012 English graduating class like dressing the part? "They love it!" admitted director
Jennifer Tarver
in a recent interview on CKUT's Upstage.
Tarver, who co-directs this production of Everything in the Garden with choreographer
Susanna Hood,
goes on: "A few days ago, we had the hair day: someone came in and taught the [women] to do
the "up-dos"[...]. The men had their hair cut, which was great because now you can actually see everybody's
faces!"
The 2012 English graduating class of the NTS will present Everything in the Garden by Edward Albee,
from December 13 to 17 at the Monument-National's Studio Hydro-Québec.
Tickets: 514 871-2224 Toll Free: 1-866-844-2172 or (Admission) 1 800 361-4595
